Behind the scenes — how the May calendar happened
The poster you saw on Instagram took six drafts, two pricing changes, and a near-cancellation of the friendship-bracelets workshop.

I publish the monthly calendar on the last Tuesday of the previous month. This is the May one.
Draft 1 had five workshops. By draft 3 I had cut it to three because I noticed every single one was scheduled in the same week and I would have died.
Draft 4 had the Friendship Bracelets workshop at 9,000 HUF. I dropped it to 7,000 because 9k felt like one of those numbers that quietly puts off the exact people I want in the room.
Draft 6 (the published one) added the second Coffee & Knit. That decision was made over a phone call with the Hyggelig owners at 11 PM the night before. I'm glad I made it.

Why I stopped posting every day
For three months I tried to grow Budapest Craft Community to 10k followers. I learned a lot. Then I quit doing it. Here's the math, the burnout, and what came after.
